We are proud to offer shipping to both the USA and Puerto Rico! All orders are shipped via USPS on Saturdays. New arrivals are available every Monday. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any delays that may occur during shipping and the buyer is responsible for any taxes and shipping costs.

How long does an item take to process and ship?Processing time differs from each item. Especially if the order place is a custom requested order. Refer to individual listing for further information. Orders ship on most Saturdays of the week. If the Saturday is a holiday, the orders will ship on the Fridays of that week.

How do I place an order?To place an order, simply add your items to cart and checkout. If you do not see an item that you want, you can file a custom request through Instagram DMs, @pkgcreations, or via email, pkg.creations@gmail.com.

How much is the shipping fee?Shipping fee differs. It depends on the size of the package and final weight of the package. Once you have added all items to the cart, go to the "Check Out" page, and the shipping cost will be shown as part of the final total cost.

Do you ship overseas?Currently at PKG Creations, we ship to USA and PR. Shipping will include tracking number and the packages will be insured.
